We were petitioned by our US citizen father in 1992. Current processing time for F3 is 1/91. All nine of us got approved. My question is 3 of my brothers have separated from their wives and they now have commonlaw wives (or live in). Since there is no divorce in the Philippines, how can they bring in their new family and register their new children and some of their children are now adults. The biggest concern is how to replace the names of their previous wives with their current wives? Thanks.
