    Hello Tin,

    I think the answer would be no. If you did not stay out of the USA for 6 months or over, you didn't disrupt your permanent residency. 5 years and 3 weeks is less than 6 months (but it was close, lol). Good luck!

    my max stay was 5 months & 3 weeks , is it ok to answer no to this question ? what will i asndwer yes or no ? coz some forum they say that 5 mos & 3 weeks is considered as 6 mos it this true need help , thanks
