If they told you that your 485 was approved and they are willing to stamp your passport, you should have it stamped right away.

Lehyla, do you have an online account with the USCIS? Does it show that your application has been approved?

Do you think I just have to wait?

I am worry. I dont' want my family to loose the money they spend in the tickets.

Apply for I131 after your appointment of Sept 6. It generally takes 30-60 days to be processed.

Also, did they take your I94 during the interview? if so, you should confirm with an attorney whether you can still travel.

hey guys, we are on the same boat here.
The gent interview me is Taylor Shaw, a very nice guy.

                He didn't take my I-94.
Lehyla, did your FP expired when you have the interview? If not and your background check is ready, she should stamp right there. That's what Mr Shaw told me...i just did my FP today and hope to get a letter from Mr. Shaw soon.

When you sign up for INFOPASS, try to do it at night. And ask when Ms Hannah will be in. Who told you your i485 is approved. Try to ask them to print out that screen or proof...or whatever they getting it from.

                Let us know...

Andy, I thinks I missed something... when you said "... ask when Ms Hannah will be in"... how could I ask?... The infopass doesn't let me ask anything... or yes? Could you explain that to me, please?
In the 8th Floor of the Federal Plaza... the Immigation Officer (the windows before you enter to the Interviwers are). One of them told me about my Status.

                        Lehyla,
What i mean is to make infopass to go see the immigration officer on 8th floor and ask when your interviewer is in,if you can meet her to get the stamp.

I've done this so it's just a suggestion. I plan to visit my home country this new year after 9 years so i hope to get my GC as much as you.
