    Hi Ntique,

    1. No, petitioner is also a subject to background checks.
    2. No, but you may be asked to explain. I think you have a valid reason.
    3. Yes. You can use anything that has both of your names on it.

    We are talking about evidence of bona-fide marriage, correct?

    1. Will the DHS do the background check for only the benificiary?
    2. Will we have to have the joint utililies bill? What if I don't have cause we are living with relatives, and they pay for the utilities?
    3. Can we use like joint car insurance?
