Lets have discussion on uscis forms:
1-Form I-539, Application to Extend/Change NonImmigrant Status.
2-Form I-687, Application for status as Temporary/Residence under section 245A of INA.

Question: F-1 visa applicant with pending I-130 file by LPR parents can he use the above forms since his I-130 is pending for more the three years.
