  • I-130 for a father and mother

I am a U.S. citizen. I petitioned for my father using form I-130. Do I need to file a seperate I-130 for my mother who is still married to my father in order for her to join my father if his immigrant visa is approved? Thanks.

Yes you do. As a matter of fact your mother is your immidiate relative and therefore has no wait time for visa availability. Therefore you must file separate I-130's for both of your parents.
