  • I-751 TSC timeline for JohnDoe

This appeared on BE today. Thought you might be interested. She sent in her I-751 in January and was just approved.

Amongst today's mail was notification, I-797, that informed me that my I-751 application has been approved!

I did notice that the letter is dated 11/26/04, the postmark dated 11/30/04 yet I received the mail today, 12/04/04...

All I have to do now is to got Charlotte office and:
    bring my passport
three recent photos (in the newish size)

Of course, I have to make an INFOPASS appt. but I'll probably not make the appt. until Jan 05.

Woo hoo! The I-751 application took less than a year to be approved.

Please see my sig. for the timeline.

It seems that John Doe was not your friend, after all. He didn't even bother to answer...when he had a subject specifically addressed to him...(in how long???) (!)
not to mention of the other situation, when people are due a specific thread, which never comes. (this so i won't say it direct, the way i should, causing to much unneeded stirring...if you know what i mean)

Yes, I know what you mean. I was hoping you'd come back to elaborate. Nice to see you on here my little mouse friend.

i definitely didn't expect a nice answer in response to what i just wrote. I am impressed of what you wrote back. Still...
If you ever decide, to really know what happened(you know where), then i would advice you to open a free email address, so i can send "that" to you, and then you can delete it. This is the oinly way i can think of for me to be able to write to you.(without showing my email or else).
I saved what i wrote to you that day, i just deleted it on the board. You need to hear this, all i can say is that what i went to at that interview it is unheard of, something that people who go through this in the future need to know, in case it happens to them, or just to be prepared. I actually doubt that what happened to me will happen to someone else here, unless they would have the same interviewer i had. (i read many stories and none sounded like mine). This info was so valuable for everyone to see, even though i directed it to you, the problem is that instead of appreciating the info, and listen to it really carefully, those (should i call them people?) just came with a reaction that made me "withdraw" my "true situation", realizing that some people do not even deserve to hear the truth, you try to help and the try to "kill" you, abuse you with unneded dirt language and so. I still have that soft side for you, and you know why, that's why i want you to know. It's for your benefit. Not to scare you, but to keep you strong, and so prepared, that nothing would surprise you that day, when you would be sitting on that chair!
            Happy Holidays, Spy!

            ps: I still miss you.
pss: I was "jealous", lol, when you avoided tto dedicate a thread for me, too,
and i felt very bad when you didn't come to my defense when those "may I call them....?" were "crawling" all over me.

My little mouse friend. You are so nice.

You can send me a PM on BritishExpats.

              http://britishexpats.com/forum/forum...?s=&forumid=35

I'm sorry I didn't come to your defense. You seemed like you were handling them just fine. You are a strong person. I will devote a thread to you too, don't worry. Only special friends get dedicated threads. But, what do you need a thread for now? You are all finished with USCIS. Maybe I should write about what you want me to write about even though no one else will know that I know what you want me to write about.

Hope you had another nice bath today.

              Yours, Spy

Yeah, JD, thought you'd be interested. What's the procedure for your local office? Does TSC advise you of the transfer like VSC does?

                        JD,
Why do you assume that you're going to an interview for sure? You still can get an approval by mail, and even if they call you for an interview, you have nothing to hide, and your marriage was real, I don't see any problem with getting an approval after the interview!

A few days ago you said your wife is willing to go to the interview, did she change her mind or what?

JD?? why so negative? Be positive, I know all will work out for you as you wish and deserve. You are not going to get denied, especially since your wife will attend with you. Email me if you wish, if you need to talk.
When I went for my extension in March, that is when I found out my file had been transferred to Charlotte for an interview. But, I was also told that once there Charlotte reviews it and can make it's own decision to interview or not, or just go ahead and schedule it. So, you figure it was about 6 months I think between the extension and the first interview date.
                            Hope that helps some.
