Does someone know when the following-to-join benefits for spouses are applied?
My wife got a Green Card through a DV lottery in 2002, we got married before she won the lottery. She could not file for me because I had to fulfill 2-year home residency requirement. I will be done with my 2 years staying at home this summer.
Can we still use this type following-to-join benefit for spouse.
