How do I bring my sister to US

May I suggest a vehicle if she is coming from Canada or Mexico. From anywhere else, I'd probably go with a plane or ship. Walking or swimming is ill-advised.

You (or more correctly, she) can try applying for nonimmigrant visas such as visitor's or student. However, the fact that she has a relative here on a Green Card may well work against her--she must prove that she has strong ties to her homeland so that she won't overstay.
She can also try for an H1-B IF she has a company to sponsor her, but that's almost at its limit for FY 2005 (and she needs at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent).

In other words, there's nothing you as a green card holder can do for her.

Sorry to say a GC holder cannot bring his/her siblings to USA. You have to wait 'till you become a citizen of this country to file for her immigrant visa. Like AliBa said you can try for any other non-immigrant visas which are very difficult to obtain. Good luck!
