      Please answer few questions:

      1. Are you marriad or single?
      2. Did she file your petition when she was green card holder?
      3. What is the priority date on your petition?
      4. Is she still living in USA?
      3. Did she file your peition as Married son or Un-married son as green card holder?

After your answers, I should be able to guide you.

You will not be able to get vitis visa and even if you get it, it is not good for you to adjust status here while visiting US on visit visa -- changes of denial based on furad.

Sorry, no tourist visa for you unless you lie on your non-immigrant visa application.

If you are not from Mexico or PHILIPPINES, your visa number will become current in one year to 18 months.

Ask your mother to write a letter to Service Center where she sent your I-130 asking them to upgrade her Petition (attach with letter copy of I-130 Receipt notice and a copy of her Naturalization Certificate).
