I-130 Spouse Visa or I-129F Fiancee Visa

Hi,
i am a US citizen and am planning to marry someone outisde the USA in Pakistan. my question is should i submit an application as a Spouse visa I-130 or Fiancee Visa I-129F. i checked on the USCIS and the processing time is the same for both.

i am also not sure if i apply for a Fiancee visa I-129F, do i also have to submit I-130?

Also, does anyone know how long it takes once the I-130 is approved and sent to the US embassy in Pakistan, i mean how long is the process at the embassy in pakistan

If you are planning to marry in pakistan then you should apply for a spouse visa but if you want that your fiance comes to USA and you want to marry there then you apply for Fiance visa. In both the cases the total time will be approximately 1 year.

If you are already married, you should file I-130. If you want to bring your wife to US first and then marriage, you should file I-129F. K-1 visa is easy to bring and then adjust status in the US after marriage.
