There are cases where your permanent residecny can be reinstated - without the fiance visa etc. You have strong ties to the US and they mey just renew your residency. Check with an immigration lawyer. Also check USCIS and the Dept of State websites!

Good Luck (and lots of people re-marry their spouses - Liz Taylor was really good at that.
