my father applied for my 21 over sister(unmarid) on march 2005 immigration sent a mail for additional information on the case but we cudn't give the info in 60 days that's why it was denied and our lawer said to appeal again my father apeal and said that it was lawer's mistake ..so my question is that is it a serious issue and would the office reopen the file again if they do how long would it take...
