      There are lots of factors involved in hardship waivers - not just having kids. Think about your job, education, close family members, health care, your ability to obtain employment in your spouse's country, your command of your spouse's language. There are many other things to consider regarding hardships.

          No children means a waiver is unlikely unless your husband is dependant on you for support and succor.
