  • Something Important about the DV Visa Lottery!!!

I know at least 10-15 people who got selected as winners in the DV lottery programs over hte years. Interestingly every single one of them had strong pending immigration cases during that time in the U.S.; mainly adjustment of status, etc.
Look at the posting on this board. Two people posted here in recent days telling us that they have been selected and they have also been waiting for they pending cases for a long time.
Do you people really believe that the DV Visa selection is random???
Hell no. Obviously it is all ****. They select the people who are already here waiting for their cases to be decided on...
If you're here and have no status or a strong pending case, you will probably be never selected.
    Peace

I know personaly of at least 4 families/people who had never been in the U.S. before then they were selected and successfuly received their status here via the DVD and one other who was a very frequent b-1 visa holder/visitor and who successfully immigrated now too. The only thing that I see with all of them is a strong work/employement/finance background AND no immigration violations what so ever. Being selected doesn't mean that the LPR status will be ultimatly aqcomplished. Many who do the AOS route from inside the U.S. 'time out'; almost all qualifying going through the State Dept. immigrate as LPR's in less than 9-11 months.
