      I'd talk to Kollerkrot Unique. Her lawyer wasn't afraid to take on the USCIS it seems. You're right, you should be afforded a due legal process whatever the outcome of your applications. It's a constitutional right.

      I don't know if it's possible to ask for a hearing (I doubt it) but one surefire way is to commit a crime and be arrested for it, especially in AZ That'll get their attention quick LOL (I'm joking of course).
