scenario: application receipt date is a month away from reaching the current processing time at the vsc.. case is then transferred to csc which has a current processing date already past the application receipt date..

question: what is the expected processing date for this application now? still the initial vsc one? or should applicant call the uscis since the csc has already passed the receipt date for the application?

In most cases USCIS will take some kind of action / inquiry only if the petition is more than 6 months out of the processing time.

In this case, I say CSC will process the transfered petition immediately. Immediately may mean within a few weeks or months. If the petition stayed in VSC, there would be no guarantees that it would be processed within the time-line they are showing.
