Dear Mrs. B:

If you click the "view my guestbook" button on my websites, you will clearly see that someone placed random data there. This is a form of vandalism. I never experienced this level of harassment on my websites until after I posted my information on this site's discussion boards.

Now you realize that is is quite easily to convert a person's IP address to a real name and physical address -- at least for law enforcement personnel. You realize now that cyberstalking is a felony that can strip a person of their cybermask and expose him/her to the harsh light of legal scrutiny. But now it is too late.

When I came to this board, my purpose was twofold: 1) to publish the crimes my husband and his attorneys committed against me; and 2) to use this as a way to find other victims with whom I could connect.

While a few individuals were polite but neutral regarding my allegations, a great deal were nasty to the point of being defamatory. OldE's statement implying that I was some sort of prostitute was nothing short of defamatory.

It is too late for me to "chill out" -- the damage that the nasty cyberbullies intended to cause has been done. There is nothing I need to do now but to fax my report to law enforcement officials -- which I have already done, and ask them to download a copy of every nasty post that has ever been uploaded about me.

Let me warn you again: 1) The internet IS NOT PRIVATE. Law enforcement can easily remove your cybermasks; 2) Cyberbullying and cyberstalking are crimes. 3) I do not ignore injustice - ever. If you break the law in my presence I will report it. If I break the law in your presence, you have a civic duty to report it.

Learn the difference between the terms "opinion" and "defamation." Opinions are generally not actionable in a court of law. Defamation of character is.

My entire case regarding Senator Uzamere and his attorneys rests on the fact that nothing that I've said about him or his attorneys is untrue. That is why they are not suing me.

Also, fyi, there is a group here led by NeedHelpVictim who has the same situation as you - USCs who got married to immigrants and the immigrants did so for the sole purpose of the GC.

They are combining their resources and experiences to help each other out.

On May 24, I received an e-mail of a post from a person named "Unique" that said: "PS, Do what I say, but be sure to take his brother with you. Otherwise he (Senator Uzamere) might have you killed."

On May 26, I received an e-mail of a post from a person named "OldE" that said" am good at comprehending the minutae of law and have perfect comprehension when it comes to reading and understanding the court precedents, so I could be of an invaluable assistance to you should you agree to have s-e-x with me on casual basis." If we have a deal, just PM me."

I have received defamatory, annoying and harassing e-mail even since I published my post regarding my husband to ILW's discussion boards.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice's, this is evidence of cyberstalking, which is illegal (http://www.usdoj.gov/criminal/cyberc...erstalking.htm). The U.S. Department of Justice advises that complaints of cyberstalking must be filed with the local precinct.

I am sure that if ILW.com checked its web statistics, they would find that some of the IP addresses that belong to posters of their message board match the IP addresses that visited my websites.

A few days ago, two police officers came to my apartment and told me that someone in the building was robbed on the 7th floor. Since the groundwork has now been laid to rationalize my having been hurt (or killed) as a result of a "robbery", I respectfully ask that the NYPD do its job and investigate my allegations, or I will be forced to take my complaint to a higher authority.

I could teach them volumes on how to scam intelligently, so that one can earn millions and get away with it too.
I made my first 80 million dollars scamming poor *******s out of the food-aid, that was back home when I was heading the project in charge of controlling the flow of the aid and its' distribution (I am originally a third world born Citizen).
Then, with those 80 millions, I immigrated here on investors' visa (sorry Sprint, the thing about Dali sponsoring in 1981 was a joke, this time am being very honest).
Now, I have made close to 800 millionns of dollars, all through original volume obtained by pure scam and nothing but scam.
And which one of you here may have guts now to say a word about what I did?
