Anyways, I hope you will chill out. I don't know if you had such a bad experience with other websites, but I can assure you that the regulars here are not the Nigerians who you think are out to get you. Some may be more opinionated than the others, they're just like that.

Doesn't give you the exact location of a person for most.

Mine for example either comes up as another State or a completely different city. Anyway Cheryl you won't be here for much longer

Also, fyi, there is a group here led by NeedHelpVictim who has the same situation as you - USCs who got married to immigrants and the immigrants did so for the sole purpose of the GC.

They are combining their resources and experiences to help each other out.

Dear Mrs. B:

If you click the "view my guestbook" button on my websites, you will clearly see that someone placed random data there. This is a form of vandalism. I never experienced this level of harassment on my websites until after I posted my information on this site's discussion boards.

Now you realize that is is quite easily to convert a person's IP address to a real name and physical address -- at least for law enforcement personnel. You realize now that cyberstalking is a felony that can strip a person of their cybermask and expose him/her to the harsh light of legal scrutiny. But now it is too late.

When I came to this board, my purpose was twofold: 1) to publish the crimes my husband and his attorneys committed against me; and 2) to use this as a way to find other victims with whom I could connect.

While a few individuals were polite but neutral regarding my allegations, a great deal were nasty to the point of being defamatory. OldE's statement implying that I was some sort of prostitute was nothing short of defamatory.

It is too late for me to "chill out" -- the damage that the nasty cyberbullies intended to cause has been done. There is nothing I need to do now but to fax my report to law enforcement officials -- which I have already done, and ask them to download a copy of every nasty post that has ever been uploaded about me.

Let me warn you again: 1) The internet IS NOT PRIVATE. Law enforcement can easily remove your cybermasks; 2) Cyberbullying and cyberstalking are crimes. 3) I do not ignore injustice - ever. If you break the law in my presence I will report it. If I break the law in your presence, you have a civic duty to report it.

Learn the difference between the terms "opinion" and "defamation." Opinions are generally not actionable in a court of law. Defamation of character is.

My entire case regarding Senator Uzamere and his attorneys rests on the fact that nothing that I've said about him or his attorneys is untrue. That is why they are not suing me.

I am a very kind person, but do not take my kindness for weakness.

As this beautiful, talented lady called Cheryl has refused to answer the question as to why after 28 years she is still in the process of dissolving her marriage, I have to conclude she was deeply in love. Hopefully I would be able to find someone who loves me so much that after leaving her for 28 years, got married to another woman, and provided no support for our kid, she still sticks by me. LOL

You are disabled and under protected status, at least that is what you say. I am not sure what the nature of your disability is, but I hope you are not collecting disability income. That will be fraud. You seem to have a lot of time on your hands. You are obviouly very talented in research (you seem to know all the laws) and can type and design websites. Seems like enough talents to get a job and work from exactly were you are right now. SO collecting disability income would be FRAUD. Go get a job.

Furthermore, as you have already said, the government has provided financial assistance for you daughter. If you are receiving DI, then she will definately be entitled to assistance. I do not support a father (or mother) who leaves their kid behind, but this isn't about your daughter. THis is about you. I feel great pity for her. She has no father. And the mother, well.. she is too busy being the wife of some senator from nigeria to take care of her. What a sad world.

I think this is more of a case of a USC scamming an immigrant. (sorry WUSC ).

She needed an excuse to claim mental health issues due to stress so she could get the disability benefits, and sit it out until her husband was rich and famous enough to go after as much money as possible so she will never have to worry about her future again.

She saw potential..a goldmine ahead, and scammed the poor sod.

And remember, her daughter is an heir.

Exactly what I thought. However, if she collects any money from him, it is obvious that she will be collecting money that was obtained through fraudulent means by the senator. What is the legal term for that Cheryl??

If your husband stole money from a bank and you knew the money was stolen from the bank, will you spend the money he gives to you?? or your daughter??

I have had quite a few of legal discussions here about First Amendment and Satire as protected speech (and in 100 years I won't believe you are really a Cheryl D. Uzamere, probably someone who registered under her name on this site for whatever reason), I even sited Supreme Court cases, with Justice Thomas Clarence himself and others rulings in majority (meaning those cases would be upheld under existing majority of Supreme Court, even if challenged today, and btw one doesn't have to be a rocket scientist to know that all the IP addressess are traceable), but those days are long gone, am no longer here to argue or make a point against anyone.
I am here primarily to have fun and interact with other board members, many of whom I find to be intelligent and interesting to communicate with.

Now, if you are too dull to laugh off my jokes, fine, I won't post anything in responce to your posts anylonger, and you can take your frustration on someone else, for I am not the one to be receptive to whatever you post.
