Form E I-134 Affidavit Support is absolutely necessary ???

I have documentation for fiancee visa sent me by Consulate in Naples and inside there is also the form E I-134 Affidavit Support. My fiancee's family in USA has absolutely to compile it for me (and I'll have to take with me to the interview) or I can show myself to have money and financial documentation from my Bank ????
So, is necessary to have with me E I-134 before interview or I need only my financial documentation without my fiancee support me ??? From Consulate I have not information, so I need your help.

The form I-134 has to be submitted by your sponsor and as far as I am aware, they have to submit it in the US, however, once they have completed it, it might be a good idea for them to send a copy to you that you can show at the consulate there in Italy.
