thankfully parents are not entitled to such a waiver....you should have thought about what it means to be a responsible adult instead of a visa cheat and fraudster....what a great role model! 'Gee son, it's OK to lie and scam your way to anything, ignore the laws of a sovereign nation, and then whine and expect that same sovereign nation to bend over even more to help visa cheats...."....why are YOU so special that the laws and rules of MY country don't apply to you?????? Now, of course, we'll hear about why all of this was 'not your fault', that our border officials are to blame, or how you didn't understand what it means to lie and commit fraud, while violating the trust that had been given to you....pathetic.

        Hello and welcome,

Take a look here: http://immigrate2us.net/forum/...rdship-Letters/page2. There are numerous examples of approved hardship letters.

        Good luck.

          From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extreme_hardship

"The hardship caused to children is not considered at all for certain types of waivers due to the presumption that "merely breeding on US soil does not allow one any claims to US citizenship".

Thank you for your help , in my case and in the consulate letter it said ( A I601 and I 212 waiver may be available ) if parents are not qualafied waiver why did they wrote it to me in there letter ,what they call fraud is because the lawyer who filled my application did not mention that i overstayed in the US before. thats my case , so should I try the waiver or not.

typical response from a visa cheat...."waa waa..it's not my fault, it's somebody else's fault...waa....waaa"...baloney....YOU are the visa cheat and fraudster and there is NO waiver for parents of USCs....enjoy life in your third world cesspool.
