Hi Guys
I had my AOS interview on November 14th 2005, at the jacksonville USCIS office, Interview went very well, officer barely asked anything, Interview was over not even 5 minutes, he said unfortunely he can't stamp my passport because FBI name check still pending, he said as soon as he get the responce from FBI he will approve my case and mail the approval letter, today, it is almost 2 months and still no word from USCIS, anybody in the same situation, how long should we wait before make an infopass and ask what's going on, I will appreciate any help from you guys thanks.

stay put my friend i had my interview since April 27th, 2005 and stilll pending Name Check in Atlanta Ga.So we all are suffering from this stupid check after waiting years and years to get an interview.

Maybe file a Request for Action on an approved application. You can find this form under Forms on th USCIS website.

Thanks guys, my congressman contact me today and said that he will do anything he can, I am kinda upset, why they call for an interview if name check still pending. please guys keep in touch if anyone get approve let me know

4. Adjustment interview Date: April 27th 2005-- ATL GA

5. Still waiting for Approval-Pending Name Check "
