  • Immigration Law Question: Ongoing fingerprint issue and Naturalization interview

Throughout every step of this process, the biometrics scan hasn't been able to process her fingerprints. Despite this, she was notified that she was scheduled for the Naturalization interview. She attended the interview, passed the test, then she was told that her fingerprints, again, could not be processed by the scanner. Now, they are saying that she will be contacted by the FBI. They would not give her a timeframe of when to expect the FBI to contact her. They told her that it is out of their hands, it takes however long it takes. Has anyone else had this experience? Any idea how long before the FBI fingerprinting/ interview may occur?
Thanks in advance for your HELPFUL comments.
