I went for my interview on 09/02/2008. I passed the history test but a decision could not be made bcos SECURITY REVIEW IS INCOMPLETE. I checked after 120 days and security review is still incomplete. Do I have to wait till they finish or request a hearing from a US district judge since USCIS has not made a determination after 120 day? thanks

You need to make an InfoPass appointment to get them to move on it. The new policy is that if the name check is not completed in 6 months, then the alien will be approved if all else is in order.Comment
