    You are not eligible to apply for citizenship under the provision of marriage to USC. unless you reconcile with your husband before applying.

    Dont play with this.. its fire if you get caught. otherwixe just wait and apply under the regular 5yrs rule.

    According to Guide to Naturalization, some of the conditions to apply for naturalization after 3 years of being PR is that a person applying

    "1. is currently married to and LIVING with a U.S. citizen


    AND
    2. Has been married to and living with that same U.S.
    citizen for the past 3 years
    AND
    3. his/her spouse has been a U.S. citizen for the past 3 years"

    Yes, you fold your husband like a 2-D paper and put him in the envelope, along with your application.
