I am getting married, and my wife-to-be has two alcohol-related incidents in her background. The first was a DUI about six years ago and the second (about three years ago) was a fine for appearing on stage at a festival under the influence of alcohol. Are thes grounds for disallowing a request for permanent residency? What problems should I anticipate in the application process? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
