It is the parents who are behind all this. There are some parents in the world who would encourage such behavior and when stated it is wrong will jump on to defend them rather than teaching the kid the right thing to do.

Some think it is OK for kids to destroy properties just to further their political propaganda. The propaganda that will get them more freebies, increase welfare so their lazy a.s.s can sit and not work.

Someone had to put this kid up to trying to steal the signs. He didn't look old enough to come up with it on his own. He probably couldn't even read the warning signs. As young as he was, why was he out roaming around by himself, unsupervised???
