Hello my name is Cullen, and i am interesting in getting marry again. But this time the person is from Greece. I been marry twice with no luck. in 99 and the other one was in O7 but they one in O7 did not last a yr. I file for a divorced and there fore he was not able to get his gc the first wanted kids and I could not have them so, that person file for a divorce. So, here I am wanting to marry again hopefully, this will be the one. They are not interesting in coming to the states, They are settle there in Greece but I am just wandering if we decide later that AMERICA is a great fit for us will that be a problem if I file for him. And also will there be a problem if i do A invite for that person to come and visit the states when we decide. Thanks.

If you are a USC, you can sponsor your non-citizen spouse at anytime to get the green card.
As a citizen of greece, your spouse is eligible to travel to the United States on Visa Waiver as long as his intention is only to visit.
