I NEED HELP REGARDING MY EAD....

My EAD was approved and sent to me about 3 month ago.
I never received the card and the notice.

I contact USCIS and they said the card was return to the USCIS office as undeliverble.

They told me to wait 30 days , I wait , then call again told me wait another 30 days , I wait , then contact again and told me wait another 30 days (last time) and If nothing happend I need to contact again and they will transfer me to an officer.

Im not really sure what the officer can do better than rep. on the phone ?

Is anybody had and expns. with that kind of issue ?

Please ... I aprsht. your respond or any advc. what shoule I need to do because they told me on the phone there is nothing to do expt. of wait.

Someone told me I can go after 90 days from the date the card was maild to me and get temp. one on the loc. office.

Anybody know ?

Take the receipt and proof that USCIS cashed your check to your service center, they should give you a temporary work permit. You can get a temporary work permit if 90 days has past since they accept your money.

Thank you but the point is I dont want to drive 2.5 hr. for nothing .. you know ?!

The closest local office is 2.5 hrs from here.

I am pretty sure they will give you one.
But also contact your congressman.
Last year I barely lost my job, for the same reason, notice returned, my card went to the wrong address allthough INS confirmed had new address.....finally got it the very last day, before my employer terminated me...

I contact now on the phone and they told me they will not give me temp. one because my application was apvd. and they could not grntee. the local office will give me a temp. one.

All I have to do is just wait until 1st of june and ontact again.
