  • Advance Parole I-131 & LIFE Act

I have one question, let assume the worst case scenario, in case the Life Act applicant left the U.S on Advance Parole, and while he is away his Life application denied. Do you think the person will be able to enter the U.S or not?

    Thanks to all.

No. Eventhough you have advance parole, if your case denied while you are travelling, you will not be able to enter. BUT..
First they will send you an Intent to Deny latter and you will have 30 days to answer them back. So you do not have to worry about. If you are travelling and if you get an Intent to deny latter then cut your vacation short and comeback within 30 days and appeal.
It happened to me. So go and travel as soon as possible before you get an Intent to Deny letter.
