NEW INS FEES & POSTMARK

Hello
I mailed application on saturday using USPS Express priority mail. I am wondering if it is going to be accepted as 325 fee or 1000 fee.
if it is delivered at the Drop box on sunday will this be considered for procession ?

I am sure I read on uscis, anything that is postmarked the 30th and beyond will be at the new rate.

I believed it is was postmark the 28th of july.... any postdate other than the 30th will be fine?
