I just moved from KY to TX few months ago. My priority date has just become current and supposedly I can file my I-485 in Jan 2005. My I-130 was filed from KY. Could someone shed light on which geographical region is fastest in processing AOS cases. My move is still temporary. Thanks

Baltimore, Maryland/East Coast using Vermont S Center are fairly quick. 6 months in general
Only thing holding back time periods are the long wait on background checks

Can you or anyone tell me what is the jurisdiction of Dallas district office. Is this 90 days pilot program applicable to Dallas residents only or anyone living in Texas?Comment
