Pls note vermont center dates has changed. I-140 now they are upto Aug 16, 2004 and I-485 they are upto June 01,2003. Hope people who are anxiously waiting will get immediate approvals. Thanks

Pls go to immigration-law.com and in the left hand you ss USCIS processing times. click and go to processing time and go to vermont center and see the processing updates.

go to www.immigration-law.com, when the page open, go to left handside (yellow color) USCIS processing times (click), then click USCIS processing times reports, click and go to the site and select the processing centers you want to see.
I see the change of dates. Otherwise why I am here to tell you guys.

JD, OMG!!! They just changed the processing dates on the USCIS website just a few minutes ago at 4:30pm......TSC moved up one day on the I-751's!!!!!!! LOL LOL LOL LOL

Anyway somebody got the site.
I am very happy that they are in June 2003 for I-485. Hopefully most of the people waiting will get good news, including me.

Yes TSC are joking, shamelessly so. I wonder whether they are aware that Dubya promised that the backlog will be over by 2006.
