Can I go for Medical/Biomedics appointment before I am told to do so?

I have an appointment booked for my Immigration Physical. There are 2 Doctors in my Province who do them. The US Consulate has not yet sent me any Info to do this yet. Should I go to the appointment? It is on December 12. Or should I keep the appointment and hope I hear from the US Consulate in the meantime?

no you have to wait until you hear from your consulate.they like to do things there way and besides how is that going to look you going to do those stuff without being told.
