Question On I-864
My question is related to the financial support part of the form, im Self-Employed and meet the 2007 poverty guidelines. Last year I injured my back and was unable to work for the year, I never filed, yeah I know should have How will this effect my ability to bring my wife to the US? I don't have any family living with me or even in the same state to help (I864A) I was told that the IRS will not give info to USCIS or NVC thats why they ask you to attach your last years tax return.... Is this true or am I S.O.L. Thanks for any help!
