hi, my estranged spouse was supposed to send in his I751 form in one month. we are seperated and planning to divorce. he will not sign any papers yet, which i know i don't really need him in my state to sign to proceed, only to protect my stuff.
is it possible that he can be granted an extension on his I751 form?thanks
