I received my notice of action to get myself finger printed for the EAD and my 485, my question is for 765 is there any chance that they will aprove me for the working permit?! or it may still be a chance to be denied?!?!

most likely your EAD will be approved. EAD, especially ones filed for during marriage based AOS process are routinely approved. So unless you made a severe mistake filling out the forms, you will be approved
