Hi everybody,
First of all, thanks for this forum, it's really helpful.
Here is my situation:
I filed I-751 (jointly) about 2 weeks ago;
received NOA 1 year GC extention yesterday;
The following documents were included:
-copy of GC and I-797D
-copy of DL and SS
-copy of passport
-copy of marriage certificate and receipt for it
-copy of lease agreement w/both names
-3 affidavits (from friends and house owner)
-copy of federal and state tax returns for 2006 and 2007
-a bunch of bank statements (about 30) showing joint account
-some other correspondence showing same address (hospital bills, bank notices)
-copies of pictures together (about 15)
Unfortunately, we don't have joint health, life and car insurances.
I'm just wondering, should I worry about that, or I'm ok so far?
