Then I'd presume that US citizenship will afford you protection. As a US citizen you have re-entry privileges unless the US gov't has reason to believe an individual is involved in covert activity that could compromise the security of the nation. Denaturalisation is also a process used to strip citizenship from applicants that failed to disclose information during the process that would otherwise have rendered them ineligible. However, seeing as we do not have all the pertinent details related to your history, if in doubt, it's advisable to consult an immigration specialist.
