  • Need assistance please!!!

    Hello,

I have a relative whos been came to the US 4 years back. She got married to US citizen and then after 9 mts , it didnt work out than they got a divorce, but since then she had applied with INS, and as of 2/26/05; she got a letter from INS telling her she has being denied for the I485 and that she is no longer able to work in the states. She is 26 now, and the rest of her family is living in the states, are there any other ways that she can do , so that she can be granted her green card????

Any assistance would be greatly appreciat it.

    Thank you,

    Lina

if the marriage didnt work out and if only if there was an abuse she could have filed Wava ... but if there is nothing like that then best bet for her is to marry some other USC whom she loves and do it again...and there will be thousands of question to prove real marriage and not fraud for immigration benefits .... right now there is no chance whatsoever for her based on what i know...someone can come up with help for her...good luck...Pasha

Why did she divorse? What was the cause?
Why didn't she appear for interview after 2 years ( exp. of cond. GC )?
If she did what was the result?
If she didn't, what was pending until 2/26/05?

Attorney always the best to get help in these cases.

        Long live, America!!!
