Hi,
My company filed my 1-485, 1-131 and 1-765 for me 2 weeks ago. I really hate my job right now, and have found a better gig. Currently on H1-B status. Is it legal/possible for me to take a leave of absence from my current employer, then transfer my H1-B to another employer- or do I have to quit my job before I go work for another employer? Please please help me. Thanks!
