Does anyone know if receipt of filing an 1-130 is enough to show the DMV to get a license revewal or temp. license for two years> IN FLorida.. one lawyer said yes...other said no???

Why don't you call DMV or check Florida requirements online on DMV's website. In Georgia, the I-130 would not be enough.

If Florida requires proof of legal residence, than no, it probably wouldn't. It says right on there "THIS IS NOT A VISA"
