    the employment letter also has to say whether the employment is temporary or permanent.. the 3 criteria's is actually listed on the directions of the form itself..

    Along with I -864 you need a letter from employer .... Its not that hard... your employer should mentioned in that letter about ... how long you have been working for him, salary and he is looking forward to keep you on job in future...that's it... his signature and printed name ... yes this letter should be notarized... good luck...Pasha

    In the I-864 it says you should get a letter from your employer saying that you are employed there. So, what does that letter need to include in it? Also, does that letter need to be notarized?
