RIR CASE IN ATLANTA - CAN ANYONE HELP?!

Hey everyone, I have an RIR case at the DOL in Atlanta. Does anyone know how long the process takes? I submitted it in January this year; I would like to get an idea of how long it will take them. THANK YOU.

I filed in August last year in Atlanta and have not heard anything. My lawyer said that I don't even have a case number.
