Have friend who knows a nanny who is here illegally and wants a visa to work as a nanny. Questions - Does it matter if she is from Cuba?
Since she is here illegally, isn't it impossible for her to get a visa? Is there recent law passed to assist nannies in getting a visa? Lastly, what type of visa should she apply for? Thanks for any assistance as I am new to this field of law.
