residency status....and (married to US citizen)
and alien husband (has girlfriend) ...what
if she gets pregnant? What happends then....

Nothing will happen. Life will go on as it has been. Nothing will happen because you will not do anything about it. You will continue to live the life with your husband as you have been. You will continue until the day he leaves you after of course securing 10 yrs greencard.. and thats Guaranteed. Maybe you will even let him get citizenship. You probably will becuase you seem like a nice sweet lady.

If I may ask.. is this all worth it just to have a boytoy 25 years your junior? There are other boytoys out there if this is the case.. You are a good person but may I ask you something with you permission.... Don't take it as an offense but why are you doing all of this ? stop being indecisive now... if you have decided to put up with him then just ignore whatever happens otherwise take some action.... I am wondering how can someone still stay in marriage when other partner has girlfriend or boyfriend .... Marriage is already over when one partner goes outside and doesn't understand after giving lots of chances to come back....

Anyway do what you think right for you.... None of our business.... Nothing will happen unless USC spouse takes some action like swissnut did ... that was brave of her.... good luck... Pasha
