I was hired by a company with a hiring negotiation for filing my Greencard. But after my joining company changed their policy and stopped filing for greencard.

Is there any legal option left for me to convenince them to start it?

If the contract is in writing, you might have a shot. But employment based greencard is intended to be beneficial for the employer, not the employee. Worst case scenario, the company might just terminate your employment to save the hassle. Thread safely if you want to pursue it legally.
