    My perm approved for EB2 and my lawyer filed I-140 at this time and says its better to file I 485 once I 140 is approved, is this true or should I ask him to file my I 485 also.

    It depends. If you are from China or India, your attorney has a point, your priority date isn't current like the rest of the world: 04/22/05 for China & 01/08/03 for India.

          Gee, Sickof, guess you don't do a lot of research but the people in Pakistan and India are very intelligent people (many of our doctors come from there). Primitive, maybe you should look in the mirror!

              My primary care physician is from India; my dentist is from India; one of the nicest, most sincere people I've ever met a few years ago was from Pakistan. My life would be totally different if these people weren't part of it.
