Can someone tell me when is the dead line for notifying lottery winners and is there an equal amount of DVs given to each region if so how much.

DV-2004 "winners" were notified some time ago. The rest of the information is at www.state.gov

DV-2005 "winner" notices will be sent between May and July this year.
