proof of communal residence

I mailed my husband's i751 in oct2008, but they are now asking for proof of communal residence. I initially mailed them the following which all showed the same address:
-joint federal/state taxes for 2006&2007
-life insurance policies
-joint credit cards
-joint bank accounts
-envelopes addressed to both of us
-pictures from 2005-2008
-joint car insurance notices
-sale contract from a joint car purchase
-health/dental joint policies

They now want rental agreement, mortgage, or utilities under both our names, but we are living with his parents so do not have any of those things. We just have a cable bill in my husband's name. Please let me know what we can send in place of those.

Hi RS41 and welcome,

Were you given a chance to explain that you are living with his parents, not on your own yet? I would think you guys provided sufficient proof that you are a couple. Perhaps a letter from his folks explaining the living conditions? Affadavits from others who know both of you are living together as a couple?
